Stop foreclosure in Pennsylvania
I lost my job of six years as a result of a downsizing within ithe company. I was making a fair $48K a year w/bonuses and it was snatched away with a 10minute meeting. Because my household has bills that make it necessary for a two income situation, this put us back with our mortgage. My fiance and I are fairly young 27 and 29 respectively, and this is our first house from living in an apartment. We have a yound daughter (4yrs) and we moved to Pennsylvania from Maryland to improve the way of life for her benefit. We ARE NOT interested in losing our home. We ARE VERY interested in keeping the home and moving forward within it. I have recently landed a new job that will help with the deficit we saw previously. I am still currently taking a $8k paycut but with some other sacrifices we will manage. I would really appreciate any help you can give to helping me keep my home for my family. The internet rumors are NOT false, ASC has been a very vague, shadowed company that is oblivious to any and all contact from it\'s mortagees. Again any supprt or assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

my husband\'s job was very slow. it has been slow since early last year. now he is getting back financially. we dont want to loose our home. i have been working with loss mitigation at washington mutual and they put me on a forebearance for 90 days in june 2007 to august 2007. I had contacted them in regards to my loan in september 2007 and in october they wrote and asked for a current paystub and workout statement. i had faxed everything back to them and in november 9th 2007 i received an incomplete notice from them asking for the same information. I then faxed them the letter of explaintion, current paystub i even called them to confirm if they did receive the letter and i was told by their customer representative in loss mitigation that they will contact me as soon as they receive it and i received a notice on my door that the property is going to sell on 02/05/2008 received about 2 weeks ago. i have been trying to work with washington mutual with no luck, would you be able to help[ us? if you can help us, do you charge if you do how much do you charge. this was just a temporary situation and everything is going well financially now. please help. thank you! and hope to hear from you soon. yes, washington mutual
