I have been off of work since Aug 27th 2007 due to severe medical issues including but not limited to severe spinal spondylosis, and torn ACL in my left knee.  I was the main income of my family and we were never late with our mortgage payments before and then the interest rate went up and I was put on medical leave with many specialists telling me that I would probably not be able to return to nursing.  I have tried so hard to give my children a happy home but lately facing foreclosure and all of my financial hardships I can\'t smile anymore.  Please help!! This was a refinance scam where the realitor/lender obtained ownership of our home calling it an equity refinance and the house was suppose to be transfered back to us, which was never done.  Also, I gave them  money to pay the mortgage which they did not pay.  Plus there are documents that are clearly forged with my name gifting away over 100k.  Now the house is in forclosure scheduled to go to public auction 11/26/07.  I\'ve never received any notices of default as the house and mortgage are not in my name.  The only reason I knew about the public aution was I stumbled across it accidently on the internet..  Is there any way to stop or stall the public sale by filing something as to rightful ownership or fraudulent aqusition

We have high taxes $7500 a year. The 1st mortgage rate climbs now every 6 months. We have a 2nd mtg with Irwin and the 1st with Chase. We bought with an 80/20.
